Stud, Hook and Hoop Options

Surgical Steel Stud - The surgical steel posts and butterfly backs are my standard backing option. They are made from a mixture of metals but are most importantly NICKEL FREE and HYPOALLERGENIC. Nickel is usually the metal that most people are allergic to therefore, most customers with sensitive ears are fine with this option.

925 Sterling Silver Stud - The sterling silver posts and butterfly backs are £4 more than the surgical steel option. Sterling silver is made from pure silver making this the perfect option for anyone with super-sensitive ears. Each sterling silver backing has the 925 hallmark and is lighter in colour than the surgical steel backing option.

Clip-On - The clip-on backs are made from iron and are silver plated. They have a rubber cushion pad at the back for added comfort, perfect for anyone who loves earrings but who doesn't have their ears pierced.
Ball Stud - The ball studs are made from iron and are either silver, gold or rose gold plated. Each ball stud comes with a butterfly back to secure them in your ears.

Hooks - Hooks are made from either surgical steel, sterling silver or gold/rose gold plated. Surgical steel is silver in colour but slightly darker than sterling silver. There is also a black hook option which is made from a black wire meaning it is slightly more flexible and delicate than the rest. Each hook comes with a rubber tube stopper on the back. You can choose whether to wear your earring with this or without.

Sterling Silver Hooks - These are £4 more than the other hook options and are made from pure silver making this the perfect option for anyone with super-sensitive ears. Each sterling silver hook has the 925 hallmark and is lighter in colour than the surgical steel hook option.

1cm Standard Hoop - The 1cm huggie hoops are made from brass, are 2mm in thickness and have a lever function for opening and closing the hoop. A huggie hoop is designed to hug your ears. Depending on whether your ear has been pierced high or low will depend on how the hoop fits your ear.

2cm THIN Hoop - The 2cm THIN hoops are made from brass and are either silver, gold or rose gold plated. They are 1.2mm in thickness with a clasp fastening at the back.

2.5cm Black Hoop - This size hoop is only available in the black colour and is made from brass. This hoop is 2mm in thickness with a clasp fastening at the back.
2cm THICK Hoop - The 2cm THICK hoops are made from brass and are either silver, gold or rose gold plated. They are 3mm in thickness with a clasp fastening at the back.

Hoop Charm - When you purchase a hoop charm, you are purchasing the jewellery piece without the hoop. The earrings will arrive on your chosen colour jump rings ready for you to pop onto your existing hoop. You can choose from either, silver, gold, rose gold or black plated jump rings for your hoop charm.
