Sapphire Frills is on the lookout for a creative, motivated, and organised Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to help us grow our sparkling brand both online and in the local community.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, supportive business where creativity shines. You’ll play a key role in shaping our online presence, producing engaging content, and supporting our marketing efforts from social media to local press outreach.

You’ll work around 7 hours a week, partly from our HQ in Mattishall, Norfolk, and partly from home (you’ll need to be available to come in for 1-1.5 hours each week between 8-5 Monday to Thursday).
Hourly rate discussed at interview.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

  • Creative, confident, and full of fresh ideas
  • Familiar with TikTok and Instagram trends
  • Skilled at creating, editing, and scheduling social media content
  • A strong communicator with great writing skills
  • Familiar with AI tools such as Chat GPT
  • Organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Excited to connect with local media, bloggers, and community outlets

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and schedule engaging social media content for TikTok and Instagram
  • Support with marketing campaigns and creative ideas
  • Reach out to local press and media with news, features, and product launches
  • Write and distribute press releases and promotional materials
  • Assist with email newsletters and community engagement

REQUIREMENTS

✨ Event Staff (Casual Contract, 0–16 hrs/week) ✨

Join Sapphire Frills and be part of our event team!

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, reliable Event Staff Member to help us at our busy weekends of sparkle ✨ This is a casual role with flexible hours; some weekends will be both Saturday & Sunday, some just one day, and some none at all (depending on our event calendar).

📍 Location: Our events (varied locations around Norfolk mainly)
Hours: 0–16 per week (mostly weekends, not every week)


We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, approachable & enjoys chatting with people

  • Reliable & happy to muck in with set-up and pack-down

  • Confident with sales and customer service

  • A team player with a positive attitude

  • Flexible with working different weekends as needed

  • Complete event set-up & pack-down

  • Sell products & chat to customers

  • Keep the stand looking tidy, clean and fabulous throughout the day

  • Be part of creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our lovely customers
